We’re thrilled to announce a major enhancement to our Integration Platform module: direct connections with today’s most popular e-commerce platforms. This update dramatically simplifies order management for decorators who sell through online channels.

Starting today, Tracker users can connect directly with Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, and Amazon stores to create a truly seamless workflow from online order to production.

Key Features of the New Integrations

Automatic Order Import

Orders placed on your connected e-commerce platforms now automatically appear in Tracker, complete with all customer details, product information, and decoration requirements. This eliminates manual data entry and reduces the risk of costly errors.

The system checks for new orders at customizable intervals (as frequently as every 5 minutes), ensuring your production team always has up-to-date information.

Two-Way Synchronization

Changes made in either system are reflected in the other:

• Update an order status in Tracker, and your customer sees the change in their account on your store
• When a customer modifies an order in your store (if you allow it), those changes automatically appear in Tracker
• Cancellations are immediately flagged to prevent unnecessary production

Inventory Management

For decorators who maintain inventories of ready-to-ship items, our new integration keeps stock levels accurate across all sales channels:

• Products sold through any connected platform are deducted from your master inventory in Tracker
• Low stock alerts help you reorder or produce more before you run out
• Temporarily halt sales on out-of-stock items across all platforms with a single click

Shipping and Fulfillment

The integration extends to your shipping processes as well:

• Generate shipping labels directly from Tracker
• Automatically update orders with tracking information
• Send customizable shipping notifications to customers
